I have received many newsletters from colleagues filled with predictions for 2020 so I decided to do the same! In my own way, of course!

1. We will have a Presidential election in the US unlike any other.
2. Your favorite candidate may not be on the final ballot.
3. You will vote anyway. You will, won’t you? If you are a citizen of our democracy, I believe it is your civic obligation. Not voting is a vote for the other guy’s candidate. There is no way 60% of Americans should be choosing the President for the other 40%.
4. I will have a great year in spite of the political turmoil because I will:
   1. take pleasure in my opportunities,
   2. bring clarity to the world wherever I can, and
   3. avoid agonizing over the things I can’t change.
