| Ann Latham joins "Strategy Masterminds"
Organizational performance expert Ann Latham, president
of Uncommon Clarity, Inc., is one of the founding members
of The Strategy Masterminds, an international network
of management consultants from the USA, the UK, Canada,
and Germany.
"It was an honor to be selected to join this small
and accomplished group," says Ms. Latham. "The
breadth and depth of experience, along with the international
perspective, makes this the most compelling consulting
network I have ever encountered." |

The purpose of this network,
initiated by Lisa Hamaker (Kaliday Marketing, Bolton, MA),
is to leverage the diverse and international experience of
the members to develop better, more sustainable results in
less time for each member's clients. Latham appreciates the
way this group's members raise the bar for each other and
keep the focus on what is best for the clients. "While
we are all enriched by sharing our knowledge, techniques,
and insights, our clients are the real winners."
Another member, Dr. Guido Quelle (Mandat Managementberatung
GmbH, Dortmund, Germany), adds that “the likelihood
that a certain challenge has already been mastered by a member
of the network is high,” which will obviously translate
into better outcomes while saving a client's time and money.
The network connects once a month via the Internet or conference
calls for a facilitated discussion. "We exchange ideas,
discuss challenges, and parse case studies for best practices,"
says Latham.
"The world is changing faster than ever," continues
Latham. "The ability to tap the collective brainpower
and experience of this group on a regular basis is very exciting."
Other members include Stuart Cross (Morgan Cross Consulting
Ltd., Newark, UK), Pamela Harper (Business Advancement Inc.,
Glen Rock, NJ), and Phil Symchych (Symchych Consulting Group,
Regina, Canada).
